The farmhouse itself has certainly seen better days and can only be described as a "total renovation project". The house has the electricity connected but the current owner doesn't think that the water was ever done as there is a well in the courtyard that was probably used the last time the house was lived in! You will need to install a septic tank as part of the renovation work.
There is pretty much everything to do here but it could be absolutely charming when renovated and this amount of land is perfect for those of you who have horses!
