Ethis is an old house to renovate in a beautiful village, Les Salle Lavauguyon.
The house is a terraced house of about five in total, all the rest but one other have been renovated. The front aspect of the house is onto a quiet road, it overlooks the village green and the church, so you can imagine the views are very nice.

Les Salle itself is a very popular village, the church was once used for an overnight stay by Richard the Lionheart. It has a shop, boulangerie, bar, schools and Mairie. The is a very large lake only five minutes away, which has water sports, bars, restaurants, fishing, swimming etc etc.
Limoges is only 30 minutes away as is the highway and airport.
This house would make a lovely family home or a gite, with possible rental potential of 300 - 800 euro per week depending on the season.
The area is beautiful and very picturesque, the only reason we are selling is because we live two hours away in the Creuse and our family start school here is September, so have decided that it would be too much for us to do.
