This property was built in 1977 by a well-known local chalet builder (Tardy). It is set in a fully enclosed garden with private parking and a garage. Outside the garden is surrounded by a good sized hedge which makes if feel very private. There is a lovely decked area to the back of the house where the swimming pool is (4X8) which has an automated cleaning system. The house has three levels, the lower floor contains a reasonable sized self-contained apartment which could be used for the Nanny, parents or as a quest suite. St Cergues is a small village on the border to Switzerland, it is therefore very good for commuters into the city with a 25 minute bus ride to get right to the centre. There are good local schools and the village has all the basic amenities you need such as bakers, butchers, mini-market, bank and chemist but just 5 minutes in the car and you are at the local town of Annemasse which has the larger supermarkets and shops or of course Geneva which even has a Marks & Spencers! There is skiing as close as 30minutes away and there is a forest nearby which is great for walking or cycling through.
