A mezzanine, used here as an office, completes the ensemble.
Large fitted and equipped kitchen with its red sandstone cantou (name from the Occitan canton "corner, corner, and by extension the corner of the fire" to designate this more or less monumental fireplace present in the south-west of France. From the Middle Ages to the twentieth century, the cantou was the central element of the peasant home and the centre of family life. In this same room, there is an indoor water well, also built of red sandstone. Totally secure, it is certainly no longer in use today but is a vestige of the autonomous life of the inhabitants of the property.
In the kitchen hall, an entrance hall leads to technical rooms: storage space, toilet, shower room, pantry-laundry room as well as access via a stone staircase to the underground cellars. The first is a feast for the eye with its magnificent vault, the second is an old stable whose wooden nativity scenes have been respectfully preserved.
On the first floor
Three bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom. The other two share a shower room. Separate toilets.
On the top floor
Large attic under the eaves, exposed old beams, poplar battens, new slate-roofed roof. New wooden parquet flooring, also insulated.
The guest house
A small house enthroned in the middle of the property, it serves as a bedroom. Cantou. Mezzanine. Cellar-workshop.

Recently renovated in its entirety (from the cellars to the roof), this high-quality dwelling perfectly combines respect and preservation of the old building with standards of modern comfort:
- conservation of the original architectural elements such as cantou, bassière (stone sink), wooden floors, beams, etc.,
- thermal correction by applying a hemp-lime plaster,
- cellulose wadding insulation,
- fitted and equipped kitchen and contemporary-style shower room.
